Prima locked my account

I suppose I deserve it. When people blasted Prima on this board, I defended them, as I have made a lot of money there and been an active customer of theirs since April.

What do I get for this? My account is locked. No explanation. No email, just locked. A friend of mine who also plays a lot there got his account locked too without any explanation.

Anyone else a victim of Prima's lockout round deux?

I don't suppose they somehow suspect you and your friend of collusion? I assume that's what they do to suspected collaborators...

Though you say, round deux, I guess this has happened before?

If you mis-enter your account number/password 2 times or more they will lock you out..Did you do this?
I did last nite because I couldnt log into the bank/cashiers area.
I called Royal Vegas up and they reset my password.RV really does have decent customer service.
Check out if that is the problem...call them up !!
