Default all in prices

In Davids's book "tournament poker for..."he and Mason make refrenence to all-in prices, and says that he has run the research on his software. 3 quick questions, for someone out there in the ether world, willing to give a little advice.
#1:Will the wilson software(turbo texas hold-em)do these calculations,and if so,how.
#2:Once I get the raw data(once I figure out how to do that)how do I corralate it?
#3:Some suggestions on how to put this to use would be really appreciated.(sure hope this forum has spell-check)
My first post, ever,on the web.One of the few subjects that is worth posting about-poker
