Default Set - Bad Play or Bad Beat

Party $25NL, I've been on the table for 15 minutes so I don't have a great read. 5 limpers to me on the button and I call with 77. Flop is Q 7 3 --- 4 check LP1 bets $3, I raise to $6 and 4 fold. LP1 raises all in (+ $15). I can't put him on QQ since he didn't raise pre-flop so I call.

Turn is a Q, giving me a full house and him a set. River is a 2. He's playing Q2 and makes a full house.

Did I play this right ??

Yeah, you played it fine and got sucked out on.... make a note of that player however, since anyone who will go all-in with top pair bottom kicker is someone you want to hang around.

i think you should actually call on the flop, but certainly there is nothing wrong with getting it all in when you have the second nuts.

good play, bad result. move on to the next hand.
