Default Foxwoods

I have been up to Foxwoods several times over the past few months but all the motels I haved stayed at are booked. Anyone know of surrounding areas with cheap lodging??? thanks

Try Groton...about 20 mins out and there are a bunch of cheap motels. I stayed at the Flagship Inn and it was about $60 a night.

morgant, I also stayed at the Flagship Inn for around $60 a night. It's a barebones motel, but it's clean and has a bed, which is enough for me.

In vegas, in the bellagio at least they have deals where poker players get a room at the hotel for a greatly reduced fee.
Anyone knows if anything similar has ever been achieved with foxwoods?

You're going to have to expand your search perimeter if you're going between the end of this month and the middle of November. Pretty much everything within a half hour is going to be tight during the WPF.

yeah everything was booked, i found something in westerly rhode island which seems to be only a half hour away........hope that is the case

Try Groton or New London their a little bit of a drive but still close enough.
