Misplayed near-nuts - what to do w/ big hand on turn? 5-5 NLHE
5-5 NL. 4 or 5 people come in for the minimum. I have everyone covered w/ 2000+. Next biggest stack is about 800. The rest are all around 500. I call $5 more in the BB w/ 67o.
Flop 6c6h4c I bet the pot, around $60. One caller, a tricky very aggressive player w/ $800. Turn 7c That's a good turn for me. How do you proceed from here? I considered underbetting ($100 or so), potting it ($200ish), checking, and going all-in. What do you like best? One of these or something else? I think betting $100 was best. But in the heat of the moment I checked. He bet $100. What now and on the river? |

Whichever amount i'd bet with trips there. Then smoothcall his raise.
In your case i'd probably call and then bet out. Checkraising on that board is just too scary. |
