Default Weak TPTK hand

I sit down at a NL$25 table and post in EP. I get dealt A-10 offsuit. 3 limpers after me, and the button ($155 stack)then throws in a minimum raise to a $1.00, BB calls and all limpers call.

6 in the pot, $5.80 in the pot and I am first to act.

Flop comes 10-7-3 rainbow... I bet the pot, 2 fold to the button who raises to $12.

I don't feel that calling is an option here... do I fold or reraise?

1) Should I have bet the pot on the flop?
2) Should I have called, folded, or reraised?

Yes, you should bet the pot.
Yes, you should fold.
No, don't post in EP.

I'll give him credit for JJ or AA.
