Default loose raiser

if a loose raiser is left to act behind you, should you be less inclined to call with suited connectors or Axs than normal?

Of course, unless there are already three or more people who limped in front of you. In this case the pot will be big enough to play for two bets.

With the suited connectors, you should limp less often.

But, you should still play the Axs. The trick is to get yourself in the best possible situation. If he is also a loose 3-bettor, then you often want to raise yourself. You're hoping that he 3-bets and gets the pot contested short-handed where your Ace-high can win unimproved, especially heads-up against the loose raiser.
