Anderson looked good, the bullpen came through, and the Dodgers are looking sorry for themselves.


My well-placed financial inducement to the umps helped some, but that is just part of the game of baseball. Sundays game should be great and a sweep would send the Dodgers reeling and the Diamondbacks soaring.


Diamondbacks and the Mariners in the World Series. That's what I wanted last year - maybe this year. But then the Yankees may buy their way to the world series, again.


It is going be good baseball in the AL west and the NL west for the second half. Hope we have a full season.
