Stab and bullet-proof vests will be given to all 2,200 ambulance crew in the capital after trials in areas with high rates of violence. there is nothing a criminal likes better than an unarmed citizenry. it might be interesting to obtain the number of accidental deaths caused by handguns for comparison. pat |
