$20 Heads up S&G Kc5c in the BB

I have about $1000 in chips and my opponent has about $2000

I am in the BB with Kc5c, the blinds are at $25- $50.

My opponent mini raises preflop. We are 20 minutes into the match, battling back and forth. I had him on the ropes twice and he's made a huge comeback. He could be fiesty and maybe his discipline is wearing thin. He hasn't raised in the last 5 or 6 times he's had the button often just limping or folding.

Ok so he miniraises me and I call.

The flop comes down Ts 5d 4c.

I'm first to act and the pot is $200.

I checked. He bet $150. I folded.

Should I have checked and called his bet?
Should I have bet out on the flop?
