($5.50) KQo against a bully
How far should I go in a hand with the table bully? We're in the first level, 8 players left, blinds are $10/$20, villain has $3500-ish chips, I am just under 800.
I catch KQo somewhere in middle position. it's folded to me, I raise to $80. Everybody folds to villain (CO or thereabouts), who makes it $225. What should I do here? Push? Call? Fold? Villain has been raising a lot the last few hands, and hasn't seen a showdown. |

Fold rather than raise in the first place. Since you didn't, fold to his reraise. You are in level 1 and you have plenty of chips. There is no reason to be anxious to bust this guy.

The range of "any two decent cards" does pretty well vs KQo. Since you are behind any pair and any ace.
