BB i just sat down (no reads) i have 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I check it and flop comes:
J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I bet, he raises, 3-bet, he caps... uh oh, i need some help. Turn comes: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] should i go for check raise or bet it? |

Bet it. It's .02/.04. If the villain capped the flop he'll likely cap every street because he just don't care. It also isn't a scare card for him because it didn't complete any obvious draws.
Don't like your flop action though. You have 8 outs, and if it's heads up you ain't betting for value. Edit: if the river pairs one of the flop cards I'd think about calling a raise instead of 3-betting. |

Don't 3 bet this flop. The initial bet is okay for fold equity HU usually, but when he raises just call.
As you played it bet and hope for a betting war. |
