Default Has anyone been to the Borgata? Is there poker?

Granted I haven't been to that sh*thole known as Atlantic City in a while, but I was surprised to see an ad in today's NYPost stating that the Borgata (Steve Wynn's casino?) is now open.

I remember a rumor that this new casino was supposed to have a solid poker room. Does anyone know if this is true?

thanks,
Shane

It is indeed going to have poker, and it opened 17 hours ago or it opens in 8 hours. Can't remember which.

I think it's Sam Boyd's casino, not Steve Wynn's.

It's not Sam Boyd.....read Boyd Gaming(corporate)/Mirage Entertainment together in on it I believe. I know Boyd Gaming and I believe my old boss at the Stardust(boyd) said it was Mirage also. I know I had an opportunity to go work there but didnt want to go to AC.
