What do you think he bet? Imo you only beat a bluff here so there is no use raising.

pretty ugly. looks like you don't think you can fold, so call then. if BB raises behind you you can get out safely. you're not folding any better hand, you lose a bet if he would've bluffed again on the river, and you open yourself up to getting rebluffed even. your hand is nothing but a bluff catcher at this point.

I would not raise the turn. What are you ahead of that you will get value from?

I would also just call down.

Incidentally, I think it's close pf whether to play the hand at all. Based on the stats you provide, this opponent sounds perfectly capable of open-limping with a lot better Aces. But if you think you can get the hand headsup, I like the pf raise.

pfr is standard; Had I been facing a raise preflop, it would have been a fold.


The reason I raised the turn is the following:
If villain had a queen, it costs the same to raise as it does to call down. Both instances result in the same loss.
If the villain had 2 pair, he would be inclinced to call and check river, thus giving me a "free showdown".

On a board like that, after I bet out the flop, I didnt think it was toooo likely for him to be bluffing, since it was very like that somebody had something

I don't think pf is standard. As I said before, I believe that a LP often limps in with a better A.

That is a good arguement at a fulltable. At a shorthanded table, that doesnt come up enough, so its not a big concern.

Without a high steal %, this 40% vp translates to lots of limping. Check out which hands it includes in pokerstove. The hands are not that good.
