Party on Dell Insprion 9300

I am having probelms with the border being black and/or just really screwed up. Happens every time I load up Party. What's the problem? Thanks in advance.

980090a980a809ta09 time... dpi settings or font or something settings...properties, settings or somethin, display advanced change dpi thing to 96 or 128 or whatever its not.
