Default Preflop situation

Rebuy tournament, after the break.

Blinds are at 75/150 and I am at T9980

Two guys to my left (non blinds), one has T17k and the other has T5k (SB) and was shorty stacked until he started pushing some hands and picking up limpers. BB doesn't stick out to me in any way.

UTG limps and I have ATo in the cutoff. Whats my play here? Whats a standard play?

Raise to 450, but that's just me.
