Default Need advice on gift-giving

My close female friend is running a semesterly event that takes a lot of time and dedication. The event is this Friday (in 4 days) and on top of daily skit practices, she has like 2 tests this week. I wanna drop by one of her practices with something nice, but don't really know what to give her. Flowers are excessive, a cup of coffee is too skimpy.. anyone have any ideas?

Flowers are excessive from a price or sentiment standpoint?

Get her a gift certificate for a manicure. A decent spa is possible for $30.

if it gets cold this time of year where you are, get the manicure with a parafin treatment added.

alternatively, consider adding a pedicure to the deal, or just doing the pedicure. different stuff for different girls, but many girls will get themselvse a manicure, or not not like them at all, but never consider getting themselves a pedicure, which they all like.

I think you should actually go with the coffee idea. Get her a little gift basket with a coffee mug, a couple bags of different roasts, biscotti, tea...
