Default Live MTT hand. Pot Odds = Call??

17 players left in a live $250 MTT. 14 get paid, 8 handed at my table. My stack is around 20K. Blinds are 1000/2000 with a 500 ante (the structure is VERY fast). UTG + 2 who has 8000 exactly after his ante, pushes all in. He has been playing solid, pretty much ABC poker. I know he has something decent but I also know he's getting very desperate. It gets folded to me in the BB with Ace of Hearts Three of Hearts. It will cost me 6000 to call, the pot is 15,000, so I'm getting exactly 2.5:1 on the call. I know there's a good chance he has a PP or a bigger A, either of which has me dominated, although there's a slight chance he has KQ or KJ (or something similar). Should I call?

And if not, what hands should I call with in this situation? Let's say I looked down at 78s? Is that a call? Also, what odds would I need to warrant a call with A3s?
