Hey Mat,

Can you please ban this guy's IP or at least try? He is a pain in the ass and has been banned 3 times by using different names.

They were all variations on this name. "Vinny The Sharp" and I think, but not positive, "Vinny_The_Sharp". I know for certain that all names were "VinnyTheSharp" with different spacing.
