Default Late in Stars 3R - Does it look good for our Hero?

It's late in last nights 3R on Stars. 59 people left out of 1300+ and we are already in the money. Blinds are 4k/8k with 400 antes. Hero is on the button this hand with 48k and Villain is in the cutoff with about 130k at a full table. All folds to villain who raises to 20k. Standard opening raise at the table has been 3xBB. Villain has opened with 3x to 4x regularly but never 2.5xBB. Villain has been somewhat tight and hasn't made many steal attempts. He's folded to someone coming over the top every time so far. Hero looks at his cards to see wired 99. What is hero's move here and, most importantly, what should hero be thinking here that influences that decision? What range of hands do you put villain on?

poooooooosh.

You're ahead of his range and you need a double up at only 6X. Expect to be called.
