Default Books for online low limit games

I`m a poker newbie, and is also new to this forum. Been spending the last few hours reading up on various posts here.

I`m playing Holdem online. Someday I will try my luck at one of our swedish casinos, but for now, I still have way to much to learn. I have both TOP and HPFAP, but I`ve gotten the impression, both by reading a bit into the book and by the posts at this forum, that HPFAP maybe isn`t the best book around for learning how to deal with the loose low limit games online. Seems like this is a book that one should tend to read more carefully later in the career (at higher limit tables).

So now I`d like to know what books you recommend for me to read?
"TOP" is a must, that much I understand.
"Winning Low Limit Hold Em" seems to be a winner.
Any other title that you would like to recommend for a newbie?

I also must ask, even though it`s off-topic, should I try to move up from the lowest limit games (1/2) to 3/6 or maybe even 5/10 as soon as possible? What I mean is, if I want to see a steady progress regarding my playing skills, I shouldn`t want to stick around these loose low limit games (even though I suspect them being a nice cash machine for the ones that knows how to play them properly) since many people tend to play for fun. Is this correct?
