bet365 casino withdrawal

I made the deposit with Neteller directly to the casino. I went to withdraw funds and it said the method I used to deposit was not a valid withdrawal method and to call them. So naturally instead of calling them I ran here to see what's up.

Do I need to transfer the funds to like the poker side or something like that to withdraw to Neteller?

You need to log into your Neteller account. Go to transfer from merchant. Their merchant code is BET34725.

Or you could just phone them...took 2 minutes and they transferred it to Neteller right away.
