Default 5/10 NL Counterfeited but still ahead???

Opponent in this hand is unknown but seems to be on the aggressive side. We both have about $2k to start the hand.

I have 33.

5 Handed w/ one poster, folded to me on button. I make it 40. One blind calls. Villain calls.

Flop is J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] He checks. I pot it for $120. He calls.

Turn is 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] He pots it for $360. I call.

River is J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] He pots it for $1k. I ?

It kind of looks like perhaps he may have an 8 or J.

Or NFD and Hero made an amazing call on the river. But he still should have raised the turn to charge the villain to draw dead.

I cannot believe you guys think you should raise the turn. His bet is likely to be a flush or straight draw of some sorts. He might not even draw to it if I raise since the board is paired. Additionally, If I call and he hits, I'll win a good chunk, and if I call and he misses, I'll still win a good chunk. I think you guys are getting results oriented.

you people who say raise the turn are being silly.

calling is FIIINE, if he's on a draw he folds to a raise anyway; if he hits his card, thats money for you, and if he misses and bluffs then thats great too. Why would you want to compromise this.
