Default logitech mouse back button/mozilla

i have a new logitech wireless laser mouse (i highly recommend it, it works on my bed great on the sheets, very nice). on the side there are a forward and back button. when i use IE, these work. when i use mozilla, they dont. how do i outfit them to work with mozilla?

You need to map the buttons to be equal to clicking Alt+[Left Arrow] and Alt+[Right arrow]

I also highly recommend changing one of the buttons to "ENTER".

If you do not use the pushing in of the scroller button, that would be a good one to use.
