Default Book of Tells

Here's the deal. I've read the Body Language of Poker (had it for close to 7 yr) and was almost about to buy the videos when I noticed a slight change in the book description. The new book of tells claims to have 300+ pages where as mine is 291. The publication year is 2003 at Amazon whereas my copy is 1995. Also, my book was $8 cheaper than the current selling price and has a different cover. Therefore, I presume there is a new edition on the shelves. With that said, is there much difference between the two copies and should I invest money in buying the current edition?

Go to Borders and sneakily rip out the missing pages.
