Credit Cards
I would like to apply for a Visa card, but I don't know what kind of Visa. Does the bank make a difference i.e a Bank of America Visa? Rewards Bank of America Visa?
Any recommendations or information? Thanks! |

Re: Credit Cards
Citibank and MBNA are generally the 2 best bets.

Re: Credit Cards
I work at HSBC, and the credit cards are just mastercards. Just look for the one that offers you the best rate and such.

Re: Credit Cards
shop around with the major cc banks, chase, bankone, citicards, boa, mbna, etc and see which has a rewards program that fits what you need

Re: Credit Cards
I believe somewhere on MSN Money or some similar website, there's a list comparing the APRs of various different cards. I've got a Chase Visa that offers a 7.9% minimum A.P.R., that's probably about the best you could get without an annual fee.

Re: Credit Cards
citi dividend platinum select card looks pretty sweet. my friend has one, no fee and you get 5% cashback at grocery stores and gas stations, 1% on other purchases.
