Eight or better short handed.
if you know an opponent raises your bringin about 80% of a time reguardless of his undercards if he's showing an ace, do you see fourth street with a hand like _78_3? if yes, what if the bring in is one chip and the full bet is 3 chips?

Re: Eight or better short handed.
For me, it would mainly depend on how s/he plays from 4th street on.
If they'd push the A-high against my hand as I improve along the way, it would probably be worth taking the risk. If they'd drop on 4th when catching a brick or weak pair ("counterfeiting" them, if such can be claimed heads-up), then probably play again If the above aren't true (maybe if BOTH aren't true), I'd dump and wait. 2-flush isn't enough hand to take up against an Ace, heads up, IMO. |
