I'm behind a full house, flush, and a straight. All I can beat is A weaker kicker. Looking back, I think the turn bet is the fold.

villians river bet is confusing. i say weaker ace. it's early which makes this an easy fold. i hate limped pots

River bet looks like he made his boat. I'd guess A9, no spades.

why? i think the river bet looks weak. I make a boat there, I am making sure I bet something he has to call in an effort to extract.

I was thinking a different way. I thought his river bet looked like I was beat. In all seriousness, I thought my best hope was to chop. I don't think there's a hand I beat here with this bet.

But not A9, A8, or A7, keep in mind. AT is about your only shot.

PVS pre-flop to take it down, or at least clarify your hand.

How do you chop? Your kicker is in play.

Easy, easy fold on the river. Easy fold on the turn.

I'd have probably let go on the turn. If it got to the river I might go for a block of about half his bet.

I swear playing AT-AJ OOP in limped pots has to be the most frustrating thing.. esp against worse competition.

You have no way to know if your hand is good at any point. I'm with UTG here. Take a weak shot on the flop(not that weak). If that doesn't work don't put in another dime.
