If such a marginal not even bad beat hand put you on tilt you have no business being in the 109s. I would suggest that you chronicle your problems in the psychology forum, or maybe put them all in the same thread?

I want the link to the hand history converter you're using.

if i tilt, which i rarely ever do, it usually happens when I'm bad beat. When I play bad or get caught with the worst hand, I never tilt. I made the mistake. If an idiot takes my money with a retarded play, that might make me annoyed. But you really got to piss me off to get me tilting off 5grand hahaha wow.

The blinds were 100-200
The problem is if i just raise,if he"s good he will see that i dont want to commit all my chips, and can come over the top.
I have to call if he comes over the top.
I use that move myself on the buble, when i see someone making not comitting raise,i reraise bluff them.works 90% of the time.
So i dont think there is getting away from here.
Just bad luck i ran into kk

I disagree with this. I push this 95% of the time at 100/200, the 5% being if I think the BB will resteal against me with most hands if I appear weak (even though I think "trapping" with AK is a pretty bad play).

yeah, it's ok at 100/200, especially in higher buy-ins, but any lower and i don't like it

in lower buyins, bb isn't smart enough to raise u with a wide range just to resteal, so with a 700 and 200 stack here, u can just raise into the 2400 bb and fold if he reraises u too much or steal the blinds the 80+% of the time he folds

but if this is a 109, then i'd push ak at 200 blinds as well, tho not at 150 bb
