But I'm getting pissed with the latest eps of The Office/Laguna Beach/Curb taking forever to appear on torrentspy.

Where can I go to search through what's available? And what's a good price?

I like the American Office a lot. There's a 'diversity' day (or similar) one that is the funniest thing I've seen on TV in yewars.

I get mine from telewest free and ntl when away as they are my provider as well have most of the binary groups . I use xnews to download the stuff, but it expires quite quickly and basically you get what you are given. I think the pay sites keep stuff an extra few days but not sure any other benefits of paying.
