I got the following response from Party Poker.

me2, then i recieved like 5 out of 50 for the day and they all only had summarys, no hands

It was weird for a while, it seemed like the summaries were being to my hard drive, because I wasn't importing them from my email into PT, but they were in there. Then, poof, no more HH's.
