Default Where has Fimbulwinter gone????

Something is missing in my poker world - namely Fimbulwinter's posts/input. He has written the most informative posts I have read on these boards and is the only poster with a line of thinking I feel I can apply directly to my own style of play. I notice he hasn't posted since July, without any words of goodbye as far as I can see.

I can only hope he's changed name or is writing a book, but if this is not the case: who should be my new "mentor"?

Lots of good posters in SSNL and MHNL... I wish I could pick just one guy's style and say that's the way I want to play, but there's so much good (and bad) advice out there, I take a bit here and there.

I've got a few posters who always make sense to me, but that's about as close as I can get.

Getting a coach is my next step.

He's about, he just doesn't frequent ssnl as often as he once did.

So he's transforming from Gandalf the Gray into Gandalf the White? Hopefully he will make time to visit us hobbits again one day

(All apologies to J.R.R. Tolkien)
