Middle pair HU...
BB in this hand is not aggrressive from what I've seen but people get funny heads up.
PP .5/1. I have A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the CO PREFLOP: Folded to me and I open raise, BB only calls. FLOP: J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 BBs) BB checks, I bet, BB calls. TURN: J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 4 BBs) BB checks, I bet, BB raises... What's the plan here? |

Re: Middle pair HU...
I would call this down. You have to be good 35% of the time or so if he bets the river also but people do weird stuff defending their blinds especially when a scare card hits. If he is semi bluffing there is a good chance he checks the river to you. You could make a case for 3-betting but i wouldn't i have been trying not to spew lately.
Folding is not an option IMO. |

Re: Middle pair HU...
I believe this is a 3-BB pot on the turn?
If the villian is passive, I'd give him credit for the Jack. Is it worth 2BB to find out? |
