Default The Stone Roses

What happened to these guys? Second Coming was a fantastic album, and according to the owner of Radio Kaos, a small record store in Stevens Point, WI, it was their only release with an attempt to appeal to American music preferences.

I couldn't agree more, since all of their other albums were gay-ass British pop, but Second Coming... holy crap, that [censored] was awesome.

These guys had so much potential in the states IMHO, and they just gave up.

This is my isolated post for best album ever, 'cause I didn't want it to get lost in all the fluff.

Carry on.

They split up. Ian Brown is still releasing solo stuff.

Hmm, no, the 'gay ass brit pop album' i.e. Stone Roses was much much better than Second Coming.
Stone Roses is one of my favourite albums. Second Coming most certainly not.

But yeah ian brown is still working on solo stuff and still performs the stone roses songs on his live tours.
