Default Sprained Knee

I sprained something in my knee today playing volleyball. Does anybody know the best way to make it feel better. Nothing is torn (I can walk). Is ice and elevation the way to go?

Try jerking off awhile and then take a nap.

something may be torn, i have a torn ACL and can walk FWIW
