Default Is this line too weak?

SB is 39.39/3.03/1.2 after 30 hands

Flop: (5 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Is this too passive?

With someone that loose, I'm guessing he's either got something suited or spiked a pair. I'm not sure I want to find out with a pot this small. Leading the turn after your flop raise indicates strength, unless he's shown that he's irrationally aggressive postflop (sample size is too small for an accurate AF).

With nothing but overcards and a small pot, I'd probably play it the same way. But watch him - if you see him betting like that with junk, you're going to want to call him down/reraise him more often.

Hi BrunoThePug. Welcome to the forum.

I don't have a problem with the fold. The pot is small and we're now drawing dead to a flush/2-pair/set, to 6 outs at best against a smaller pair, and are unlikely to be ahead.

Looks fine to me. You're down to 4 "good" outs by the time 3 clubs come on the board. The Ace or King of Clubs just makes for an extremely difficult river decision. It's a small pot; you whiffed the flop, don't be afraid to fold to someone who probably has at least some semblance of a hand.
