Default 10+1 at party flopped a straight,

Sorry I can't convert the hand but I didn't have pokertracker on at the time. I'll run down the situation anyways so I can get a little insight into this hand. Okay it was early in the game and we all had about even chip stacks. I was in the big blind with 48o. The went in with two other players. I only noticed one player that was kind of wild. I think he played all of the flops, which was about five before this hand. Anyways the flop came 5s7c8c. The first player bet 20, I raised 200 into a 220 pot. The last player to act, the fruity one, called the sb folded. Next card was the 10c I checked and the fruit went all-in. What would you do?

48 on a 578 flop isnt a straight. if you meant you had 46 i would hope that you were at least in the sb. i wouldve just pushed the turn expecting to win this the majority of the time with my opponent having some crap like A8 or whatever.
