OT: Jackpot fever

So, the Party Jackpot is crazy high.... and the past two nights (after the SNGs dried up) have wasted my time 8-tabling the 2/4 limit Jackpot games, because of a stupid case of Jackpot Fever.

I know I know--- the possibility of hitting the Jackpot doesn't increase with size of the jackpot. I'm a moron.

But, even though I suck at limit hold'em, the games aren't really that bad....

I've played 1431 hands. Vol. Put in Pot 16.14% of the time, and made 2.32 BB/100 hands... so I guess it hasn't been a total waste of time.

I've seen a few other 1000chip SNGers at the jackpot tables as well... jackpot fever is spreading.

As if its not bad enough that everyone here has lost their rakeback deal in one way or another, now we have to pay even more rake that we'll never see a share of?
