Rakeback possible on Poker Stars if you already have account?

I am getting fed up with playing on the now separated Party skins 3/6 games, which are not only hard to get into at times, but are infested by many 2+2'ers and other rakebac-using-TAG's whom are admittedly just as good or better than I am. I want to move to Poker Stars, but already have an active account there without RB. Must I create a new account to get it, or is there another way around it? Thanks.

Doesn't matter whether or not you have an account.

Lol, this is funny because I wasn't being sarcastic at all in my first post, although I could see how it was mistaken for sarcasm. I really am upset about the separation of the skins, and I tried to put my disappointment in a semi-comedic way. Either way, it is true that Poker Stars has no affiliates giving rakeback? Just asking, seriously.
