Default Click2Pay

Has anyone ever used Click2Pay to deposit and withdraw funds? I'm thinking about doing the 150% signup bonus at Absolute and since I live in Maryland, Neteller isn't an option.

Any good/bad things about Click2Pay? The thing I'm not liking about their signup procedure is asking for my SS#.

Neteller knows all of their customers' SS#. The difference is that Neteller only needs to ask you for it if you have no credit history.
