no. i actually emailed empire this and they said yes. i then proceeded to play about 50 in one day. i was baffled at the tiny amount my points increased. i emailed them again asking about the points and they responded by telling me that they had made a mistake by telling me i could clear it by playing the MTT SnGs.

I think it specifically says somewhere on their page that multi-table SNG's are in the SNG-category as far as earning points.
