away message checking and rate limits

anyone else getting an error saying they're over the rate limit when checking a lot of away messages?

i thought that they took this annoying thing away?

check a lot of your friends away messages in a short amount of time.. a box pops up saying that you're over the rate limit and can't check anymore for a short period of time.
