PF Cold call JTs ?

Hi all,

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. MP1 posts a blind of $2.
1 fold, UTG+1 raises, MP1 (poster) calls, 5 folds, BB 3-bets, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls.

I'd like to discuss my preflop fold despite of 3-bet. Is it OK or too tight?
I'm asking because JTs will flop 2 pair or better + flush/straight + theser draws about 24.7%. And odds against it are 3.05:1. And pot odds giving me 11$ on my 3 call that's 3.66:1. Is it enouph to make this call. So this is the questions. Comments?

The other side is that PF Raiser is some kind tight vpip 14/ pfr 3.
Poster loose pasive and BB is 24/12.
So is this info any change my decisions?

Regardless of the BB 3-bet, you're getting less than 4:1 when it's up to you. You're out of position, and there are only two other people in the pot at this point. Pretty easy fold.

Fold. Your relative position is valuable, but you still need better odds, especially with a tight BB.

Pretty easy fold IMO. Raiser is tight so you have to put him on a big hand. AA-JJ or AK. With only a 3 pfr% you may want to even discount JJ. Plus you are not closing the action. you have 24/12 BB behind you so the possibility of having to call 3 is very really. I would want to see a couple more cold callers in this situation to make this call.

Against a tight PF raiser, I am very reluctant to make this call from anywhere.

Against a confirmed 3% PFR I might even be reluctant to be the third player in even if I was on the button.
