You know what would be really interesting? If they did a second list of like the 10 poorest people in America. If there were ties which there would be then other factors like diseases, family problems, IQ and all sorts of other things would be used to narrow it down. Now at first that would seem really mean spirited but then there could be a way for people to help the "winners" out so it would be OK. At the very least people could feel better about where they are at in life making the world a happier place.
