Default The Predator\'s Ball by Connie Bruck-------Great Biz Book????????

First off, my username is what it is beacause I own a real estate brokerage. I don't know as much about the stock market as most "brokers". While vacationing in Cozumel in the spring I read The Predator's Ball. This book is about the rise and fall of the junk bond king Michael Milken. One could argue that the vacation recharged me, but I feel that there was something in THAT book that has changed me. I feel much more aggressive in real estate and my numbers are up. I am in the process of re-reading it to get a better grasp. What if you could seperate the bad that he did and focus on the good. Could this be a truly great book on how to run a business such as a real estate brokerage? I would like some thoughts on it from those who have read. Other book recommendations would be appreciated also.
