bike gone housemate to blame?
last night one of my housemates had 7 or 8 crazy people over- not students just crazy drunk local dudes. and this morning my bike is gone. how does this work now?

Talk it over with your housemate, ask if he knows what's happened to it. If he doesn't know, call the cops. Don't get him to ask the guys that he's had over because whoever took it will lie and then get rid of it. Just get the cops over once he says he doesn't know anything about it and let them handle it.
