Default Playing like a idiot - Party 55 (kinda long)

I've been doing better lately, started adding tables, moved recently from 4-5 to 6 and today 7-8 for the first time, things seem to be looking up blah blah blah.

Every once in a while though I still play ike an IDIOT. It's like the connection between my brain and my finger is lost and my finger acts on it's own. Welll that's not quite true, my brain is still there, it sees what's happening and knows that something is very wrong but for some reason cramps up.

I did it again today, I wasn't on tilt so I am struggling to explain why I played like such an IDIOT.

I obviously have a long way to go to be the player I want to be. If I ever get there I'm sure I will NOT make some of the plays that I made today and not making those plays will be pretty much automatic, that is to say I will not even be thinking about playing some hands the way I did today.

Has the public humiliation thing helped anyone here? I figure it's worth a shot so here are 2 hands that I played today.

I think I deserve it so please let me have it. Please don't hold back, I would really appreciate it. Did I say please? Please!

You might be an idiot, but it's not because of either of those hands.

Cmon 7 saw the flop that first hand and I lost my stack with the crap I had how is that not idiotic, what am I missing?

Maybe the second hand is not as bad as I first thought, I'm in the process of getting SGA so I can answer this for myself later, maybe I just need to get some sleep, maybe ...

On the second hand you still have over 10 buyins and plenty of time to build your stack from stealing. You are on the bubble so you don't want to be calling allins, you want to be raising and in that time others may knock eachother out.

With 88 you are likely to be 50/50 at best. If he has higher pockets you are pretty screwed, why take the risk? As I said, plenty of time.

Played around a bit with SNGPT for the second hand, and it is not a call I would make personally (I actually didn't need the program to come up with that answer ). SB needs to be pushing VERY liberally for a call to be +EV, so if he's been a complete maniac earlier I guess it could be ok. However, if the game has been tough so far and you feel like gambling for the chiplead at the cost of busting 4th I guess you could call anyway.
