Default Top pair in blind battle..

I just sit down at a 10/20 6-max table on party in the BB, and it's folded to SB who 45/29/1.8 over a couple hundred hands. He raises and I call with A5o

FLOP: A 6 10 rainbow i call his bet, intending to raise on turn

TURN: Q (puttin two spades out there), and this time he checks, i bet, and he checkraises

Is this always a call down? Should I ever be folding or 3-betting this?

Default Re: Top pair in blind battle..

Im calling this down 100% of the time vs this guy. A turn c/r like this doesnt usually mean strength in my experience, it often means they have missd the flop completely and check and let you bet the turn with air and they raise hoping you fold. Even if u lose you should still calldown to see what this guy is raising and c/ring with if you are both going to be in blind wars together.
