Default $10+0.5 : Overpair?

At the time it just seemed so much like an overpair, but now I'm not so sure. I don't think he's bluffing at this, but I'm probably still beat, right?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (2 handed) converter

Hero (t1470)
Button (t1530)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Button raises to t60, Hero calls t40.

Flop: (t120) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets t60, Hero raises to t240, Button calls t180.

Turn: (t600) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t500, Button raises to t1140, Hero folds.

Final Pot: t2240

I'm done putting money in the pot when he calls the flop raise unless I improve.
