Are you trying to induce a call from weaker hands, or get him to lay down a Jack? Cos he ain't laying down a Jack.

I'm trying to not see a turn, and maybe get a call from AK or a smaller pair

You think he's making a standard continuation bet and you want to counter his steal.

I understand the move, but I'm not sure I would make it. It's still early in the tournament and you're not under pressure, so why risk all your chips?

I am in favor of using more agression than most at the 11s, but I don't like the line here. You really don't have much of an idea at all of his cards, so you are just pushing without ever representing strenth and hoping he decides to muck if he has you beat? A line I sometimes use in situations like this is to reraise to 125-150 before the flop, and see where you are at in the hand. Many times a weak raiser will fold and you will take down the pot. If he pushes over the top, you are done with the hand. If he has a big pair in your situation, you pushed and he will definitely call, busting you. The reraise here has saved you chips.

After the flop, if the original raiser calls, he will check to you, and you will take the pot down with a continuation bet most of the time. Since you showed strength he will check to you over 95% of the time. If he decides to check raise you on the flop, regardless of the strength you have shown, he has you beat and you can safely fold and hope to make a comeback with your remaining chips, which should be about half the starting stack. Using your line, if he has you beat, at an 11, he will not fold top pair or any overpair so you get busted.

That's what I think you could do, but I play more Aggro than most are comfortable with.
